They inspected our roof after Hidalgo County got hit with hard rain and told us it had six or seven years left and only needed two pipe boots replaced. Another company had quoted a full replacement. That honesty is why we called them back two years later for the reroof.

We went with concrete tile instead of shingles after they walked us through the cost per year. The quote named the underlayment and the batten system, which is more detail than the other three bids combined. Crew was clean, and the attic runs cooler than it did.

Our warehouse membrane was chalking and cracking. They did a moisture survey first, found the deck was dry, and coated it instead of selling us a tear-off. Explained the whole thing in Spanish for my father, who owns the building. Electric bill dropped noticeably.

They handled the windstorm inspection paperwork for our Cameron County property without me having to chase anybody. Standing seam went on straight, the flashing at the parapet is the cleanest I have seen, and they came back to check it after the first big storm.
